Actually, I was kinda serious in my earlier comment about skipping straight to the finals. The 2010 VCAs might not have a semifinal round.

That debate comes up every year. The reasons for/against have been hashed out in past years' threads.

I personally would have left the checkboxes alone (rather than reset them), but in the end it came down to what we thought Phade would have wanted. I'll probably leave it alone next time.
