any fourCC codec can do a good job. x264 is good too. You can use DGIndex to decode them along with MeGUI. They most certainly rock!!!

You will need an iso image of the game to see the files inside it. If you want to decode pmf files then you can use the above mentioned codecs. PSP video ripping is perhaps the easiest. Extract the contents of teh iso anywhere on your directory and search for .pmf files. Then you will need Elecard's H.264 MPEG4 codecs to run to decode them on windows. Audio files vary in format.

importing AVI files encoded with DivX and xVid always give errors, especially WMM. try loading them in some other program like VirtualDUB or Tmpgenc Xpress.
Convert them in some other format and then try to load them in WMM.
