The lowest I've ever given anybody was a 2 for video quality. Actually, from our initial research on audio equipment, it's not really going to cost us an arm and a leg for very good quality stuff and I'm fairly certain I can squeeze quite a bit of money from the committee if I tell them the equipment has further use for other events like Anime Idol and Karaoke...
