Bleach is out on DVD, get some real footage and come back? You don't want to directly import a fansub (which I'm guessing in encoded in Divx/Xvid or H.264) anyway, there are better formats for editing.

You'll need to totally remove all versions of Premiere you have and reinstall. If it won't let you uninstall, it might be that the version has a trial period protection running, such as Armadillo or ExeShield. You can try to fix it with
TrialReset. This solved a similar problem with FRAPs.

Like I said, it's alternating short anime clips with pure black clips. Open the clip and use your arrow keys to walk through it frame by frame. You'll see moments where it's pure black.
