I assume you mean encoded not encrypted. ^^; Usually each video will let you know which codecs you need. In general you can usually get what you need at places like http://www.doom9.net if you're having trouble finding a codec.

What I meant, was that because I'm a student at my Uni, I can get a full legal copy of Premiere 6.5 (when it comes out) for $99. I don't think they sell an upgrade version there (at the school bookstore)
