i tried to watch your video that is LOCAL and thats the only one that is available for download. I downloaded it ok but windows media player wouldnt play it cause it needs a codec. I dunno man. If i were you i would actually go with DV - AVI (NTSC) .... YES ITS HUGE but its a really good quality and works on like every player
So i would say it is very user friendly
