Well actually VirtualDub will export a WAV, but you have to set it to Full Processing before you goto File|Save Wav... otherwise it'll just copy out the audio stream as is. ~klinky I can't beleive I missed that save wav, thanks klink... was lookin for demux, me and my stoopid technicle terms... btw...

ok I know you demux, I can't find that in avidub, and when I demux in tmp I get an mp2 file... wats that?? Is there any other way to get a readable by Premier 6 sound file from a dvd rip?
wat I want is a sound effect from this anime, not something you'd find on an OST BTW .

Dumbass. I have the same card, and PowerVCR doesn't friggin capture into DivX. It captures into MPEG-1, or MPEG-2 Dumbass I don't capture with PVCR I was talking about virtual dub. Did you see this?? 'MP4 via virtual dub' MP4 means the hacked MPEG4 codec, DivX3. Sorry if your dumass mind can't comp...

and i would but anime characters voices into it that say good things.....or the evil version that just insults you.....you could do a split screen with actual footage of someone trying to dance to it or try to contort a anime charater to make them try to dance to it or something. sounds like a cool...

I also was woundering what video editting software I should. I have been working with Windows Movie Maker, but you can only do so much with it. I know all the great AMV creaters use Adobe and I would like to use it, but it's a little pricey :( . Is there any other good editting software thats close...
