It really doesn't happened to me much. Then again, I've got weird taste in music and anime. As far as I know, I'm the only serious, DVD-source editor that does Ojamajo Doremi AMVs (more's the pity! )

If the video isn't over 10 minutes long there probably is no reason for it to be that large.

It's over 20 minutes (it's a MEP.)

Sorry to revive the topic, but I've got a question. I've requested a large upload, and the status is 'pending'. I'm getting the error: "No file uploaded (yet?). Please upload one." Do I upload my AMV to the provided FTP address now?

Yeah, my first AMV is here. It was made in WMM from random downloaded clips, in other words, the average n00bie AMV. At least it didn't have subtitles.

Final encode underway as I type.

Update:

It's done. Albeit six months later than planned, Magical & Musical is finished. I'd like to thank everyone who participated. Now I'm never doing this EVER again!

Headphones. I started making AMVs while living at home, and my parents hated the noise. When I moved out, I'd been using headphones so long, the habit just stuck with me. Not to mention, my computer speakers are crap.
