Good:
- Great song choice for a bleach AMV tribute
- Timing is good

bad:
- video quality is really poor

I really enjoy some changes:

The Glow (Starglow?) applied on Sailor S opening and the apparence of the four senshi at the same time

The quality is also even better(640x480)
