is there a program that can create "flashing effects." I am stuck using WMM2 and it dosen't include these effects that I want...

well at the moment i'm ripping my footage.. (i posted a thing on the video software as i'm trying to make the footage the best quality I can..)

I did a search but from using other people's AVS suggestions, it just came out too blurry...
