Re: Trimming in Avisynth
In your script AviSynth reads FFIndex(vid), sees the space, then ignores everything after that and passes FFIndex(vid) into ep. Since FFIndex(vid) is not a clip it cannot be trimmed. This would be a better layout for your script: vid="C:\Users\Naval Wing\Desktop\memeless.m2ts" FFIndex(vid) ep=Audio...

Trimming in Avisynth
I tried trimming a video and returning it but the script just gives me an error: "Invalid arguments to function Trim." vid="C:\Users\Naval Wing\Desktop\memeless.m2ts" aud="C:\Users\Naval Wing\Desktop\memeless.m2ts" ep=FFIndex(vid) AudioDub(FFVideoSource(vid), FFAudioSource(vid)).tDecimate() a=ep.Tri...

Re: How to fix this video artifact?
Oh, I see. I asked someone else and he said using masks but I won't try getting into that for a day or two cause I have no idea what masks are, what they do and how to use them. Avisynth is so hard. >.<l33tmeatwad wrote:Photoshop.
Inserting images hopefully should be easy. Will try tomorrow. Thank you.

Re: Difference between denoisers
Spatial denoising takes a single frame and uses certain area based blending methods to reduce that noise. Temporal method of noise reduction uses information from frames before and after the current frame to blend parts of them together to reduce the noise. Spatial-Temporal denoisers use both metho...

How to fix this video artifact?
I was trying to encode a .ts file and I saw an artifact which I don't know what to call: http://i.imgur.com/MIE03uG.png http://i.imgur.com/kCWW9Oz.png There are 2 mouths in the video. 0_0 This is something that is in the .ts file itself. I checked by simply loading the video into Avisynth and going ...

Re: Error in Avisynth
First off, FFT3DFilter belongs in the AviSynth plugin folder OR you load it manually and does not need to be in the system32 folder. That particular error is AviSynth running out of memory and that can often happen, especially with older filters like FFT3DFilter. To get around this you could create...

Difference between denoisers
What is the difference between Spatial, Temporal and Spatio-Temporal Denoisers and where would one use each of them?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Error in Avisynth
I was trying to create a good encode of a basic TV .ts file so I created the following script: loadplugin("c:\plugins\fft3dfilter.dll") vid="C:\Users\Naval Wing\Desktop\dankmeme.m2ts" aud="C:\Users\Naval Wing\Desktop\dankmeme.m2ts" FFIndex(vid) AudioDub(FFVideoSource(vid), FFAudioSource(vid)) tfm(or...

Re: Need help with a filter in Avisynth
From the AviSynth Wiki : There are some caveats: Some decoders (notably MS MPEG-4) will produce upside-down video. You'll have to use FlipVertical. DirectShow video decoders are not required to support frame-accurate seeking. In most cases seeking will work, but on some it might not. DirectShow vid...
