It really varies from project to project. But most definately, the music comes first - preferably one never used or heard of and actually "works" for a music video. *most stuff I listen to average 6-7 minutes long* Then finding the right anime to fit - again, preferably one that hasn't been seen or ...

So I guess it's just MS being paranoid?

I admit I am a little too since I just got my new computer and I don't want to F&%# it up right off the bat.

If it's been working for you than I guess that's good. But has that warning popped up for you? (if not, you probably disabled a service feature)
