Aha! I thought I reconized the charicters on your avatar Savia, but I couldn't remember where I'd seen them. Princess tutu is an anime I've been trying to get my hands on for a little while without much luck. If anyone is interested, check out rose4emily's video as it gives a pretty good idea of wha...

The best way to get an oppinion, especially one longer than "good job" or "could be better" is to post in the oppinions section of the forum. However, people look down on just asking for oppinions. You will have better luck and get better comments if you offer to op someones elses vid in exchange. p...

Very nice! you use enough effects to make up for the lack of motion and color but never so many that it distracts from the video. The transition to the faster version of the song vas very well done, I especially like the charicter walking out of the shadows "into color." I also really liked the colo...

I've found when showing AMV's to people, it's best to start off with a straight action vid. Somthing by Tsukin maybe I'd use Fluxmeister or Rubyeye. I mentioned Tsukin because I have had success with his videos in the past. I've tried to show people videos that I really liked but I've been laughed ...

I've found when showing AMV's to people, it's best to start off with a straight action vid. Somthing by Tsukin maybe, I would recomend bleed the sky but you wouldn't be able to show the whole thing. The reason I say this is that the first video has to catch their interest and be somthing very "cool"...

Check ErMaC and AD's guide and look for the section on bait and switch. This will save space but you still have to have enough space initially. It may or may not help. What I did was rip the DVD's on a more powerfull computer then compress them and send them to my laptop for editing, then you need t...

as far as overused songs go, i always prefer new songs because i'm always on the lookout for new music, and since i don't often listen to the radio, this is the main way i hear it. i even bought a cd because of this amv: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?v=22572 Same her...
