My question is simply this: is there a way to insert a project into another one?

So yeah, i usually use AE for make my glows, but that was made with SV, i use a white solid (the layer mode in add) and i added gaussian blur, i just that, hope it helps! but i think its better make them in AE, i made it on vegas only because i had 1-2 hours for make that track xD it looks very goo...
