Baka: Bittornado is probably the bet client for seeding but for downloading go with bitcomet basicly b/c it only has one open window and when you resume large downloads it doesn't need to check the file which can save you 20mins on some files.

No I know how to seed with my computer but from what I understand there should be a way for me to upload the video to my websites server and use it as a seed also which would give us a constant seed going at 100kbs (maybe more depending if it stains the sever i don't want to get kick from my host). ...
