OMG! YES! This looks so good now! WooT! Thanks for all the help! I hope nothing goes wrong when I go to make it into a MPEGII. That'll probably be my next question if something doesn't work right. I'll do my reading in the how-to-guides first.

wow I feel dumb now... this whole time I've been loading the .avi using open video, then hitting ctrl+e to open the script editing console. Then I copy and pasted it in, but I think that's why it isn't working... instead I tried using Open file with avisynth and it made a beginning script for me in ...
