Eh. This makes 0-5 for Otakon. Though it'd be nice to get to finals once, I'm not going to stress about it. I do it because I enjoy it, though I would like to know when it's showing in the Overflow. I missed mine being played last year and heared it got a stellar reaction, so that's a bit of a bugger.

Trigun - How We Show Them

This is my first AMV that I've been able to successful convert without interlacing artifacts or huge pixels. Took about a week of messing with settings and styles, but I finally got it. I'll be re-uploading my other AMVs next week after they get the same treatment. Anyway, the AMV is really a charac...

This may be my own naive thoughts at work. I export it as a FCP3 movie, then drag and drop it into iDVD. I know I'm probably missing a few steps. If it needs to be converted, any good Mac converters?

Confused w/ pixels and video quality on Mac

I've run into this a few times. I make a video on FCP3, make it into a FCP3 movie file, then put it directly onto a DVD. When I play it on my laptop, it looks clear and fine. Playing it in a DVD player, however, it seems a lot more pixelled and not as high a quality. Is there a step I'm skipping or ...

FinalCutPro3 and Deinterlacing

I've been making AMVs for a while now. Nothing really for serious competition. However, I want to really improve the quality of my videos now. The videos look fine when I've written them directly to either DVD or VHS with the program. However, when I try to convert the video either from the FCP file...
