does anybody know of a plug-in for adobe aftereffects or premiere that will allow you to easily create the intro in the beginning of every star wars movie where the text scrolls inward in space? If not, does anybody know how to create it period? thanks

In Premiere 6.0, is there anyway to make a clip go in slow motion that doesn't make it somewhat choppy using the "speed" adjustment? I just have this particle moving along a path and when i reduce the speed to 25%, it's not so smooth. Any way to smooth it out?

I've never used DV footage in AfterEffects and I wanted to know how to work with it in AfterEffects. Does anybody know of a website that has this kinda of information? Or does anyone already know how to work with it? Thanks.
