Don't know if you're still taking ideas, but Bokurano has destroyed cities back and forth! You could also try Wolf's Rain (apocalyptic vibe) and the Pandora Hearts story centers around a city that was destroyed, and there is footage of cities being destroyed near the end.

I've never heard this song, but the lyrics give me a Black Lagoon or Devil May Cry vibe...maybe even Ghost in the Shell. Could make for a great AMV!

What are your clips doing? Sometimes if you rip your clips (via YouTube, etc.) they don't play and you have to re-save them in a video editor, is that the problem you're having?
