Dude, it was so mftoon's fault.

Thank you very much! :) The video quality's a tad less awesome, but now it will only take four hours to render.

It's amazing how much only little filter can wreak so much havoc.

Alas! SC has no anime-specific conventions. The only local con is RoundCon, but it's devoted to tabletop gaming. (They have a very small anime room.) South Carolina isn't a very con-friendly state. Let's see... I'm using deen, mtoon(?), and Tweak (I upped the saturation a tad). I also fiddled with the interlacing with Telecide and Decimate. I'm not sure if I kept in the "rainbow" filter. I <i>think</i> that's everything. Now my status box says it will take three days to render. Which is better...

OK, I've ripped my DVD, the footage looks pretty good, and I'm ready to edit. But first, I have to change my .avs file to an .avi file. No problem! ... Well, actually, there's a problem.
