Re: AMV remasters
I have remastered a couple of videos:
I have quite a few more from the 90s and early 00s I would like to remaster. For example, ErMaC's "I Can't Move On."
Definite labors of love done really just for me.

Re: Org Domain Email services Currently Suspended
I'm someone who has been using the account, or at least it is connected to other accounts. Haven't been using it for actual email. I need to probably check it o.O

Re: AMV Mailing List archive
I was subscribed to the AMVML, but I don't think I actually sent any messages to it. I remember Waldo being behind it and prolific on it. I was playing around with Ulead MediaStudio in the late 90s, but I didn't get serious about editing until Quu and Phade convinced me in late 2000/early 2001 (whic...

Re: 20 Years of A-M-V.Org
Congrats on still being here after this long |:> My own 20 year anniversary is less than a month away, and its probably been 10 years since I made an actual new AMV (though I am working on one!), so a lot of what you said resonates with me as well. Can't say that I'm still as hyped about AMVs as I ...

20 Years of A-M-V.Org
Twenty years ago today, give or take some hours, I made an account on the Org, almost to the minute if you trust what my join TIME says here on the forums. I had previously seen AMVs at anime conventions in the late nineties, notably A-Kon, AnimeFest, and Anime Weekend Atlanta, but I didn't get into...

Re: Old AMVs and how to find them
I don't really know. I think pre-org is a decent starting point. Pre-golden donut is another significant milestone, as many people couldn't actually find hosting for their videos prior to that. That's a good point. I had my own hosting via my university, and anyone who did, had their own small stud...

Very interesting that I had just mentioned this in a newer thread and didn't realise there was, coincidentally, a topic on this very amv.

Re: Old AMVs and how to find them
Sure, but does anyone still have an actual copy of "the vault"?
If not, do we establish a new one, and have so, how do we decide what is included? Pre-Org? So say, nothing newer than 2000?
