I have 3 versions of Premiere and none work... it's best if I get a new program...and btw .. can you tell me a good Video Effect Program??

I have installed the Adobe Premiere Pro and when I want to enter it.....it remains block at Loading ...i have waited 3 hours with the program open if it starts...but I did not have luck that day...
