I have had my banners deemed unworthy! Since they were Gundam Wing and DBZ (even though I thought they were worthy! - but then again, what creator wouldn't think that their own work was great? ^^) What should I do to make my banners better? I am new at banner making! Yay....anywho..I need help! I can make them and all, but for some reason, they are all ranging from 28-133 kb and I need to downsize them to upload them. The only way that I have found to do this is to take them from their current JPEG format to GIF. GIF stinks...it distor...
