Re: Using Premiere at School
2) Avisynth must be installed in order to run the scripts. If you don't actually install it, even stand alone programs like VDub won't be able to read the scripts. There's no way to get around this. If you cannot get permission to install Avisynth on a school computer, you're going to have to eithe...

Using Premiere at School
My PC at home is busted, but I have the AMVapp installed on my external. I have to edit a video (an amv) at school using CS5.5. My school's comp won't let Vdub open my scripts and Premiere won't import lossless UT. What do I do?

Re: Mac VS PC
Thanks! Yeah, he doesn't care what we use. He actually just told us to use pictures, but I'm mad that the school is making me pay for this class when I already know how to use Premiere, so I'm just gonna show everyone up with the first project :P I may need to wait a few days to fix my PC though. Is...

My question is, since I'm still a little unfamiliar with what file types Premiere will accept on Macs vs PCs, what is th...

Re: Frame Rates and Ghosting
Mmmh what formats and framerates do you have at disposal? Also, do be aware that using assumefps will basically speed up your footage to that framerate, so you'd likely have to re-edit your video for the thing to work out. I meant that as a suggestion for the future because I thought you could expo...

Re: Frame Rates and Ghosting
I meant Sony Vegas won't let me export avis in 24fps. I have yet to add assumefps to my script. Thanks for the tip.

Re: Frame Rates and Ghosting
It actually makes a lot of sense for it to have a lot of ghosting... the points in time which are represented by 23.976 and 24 do not match at all, since one is float while the other is integer, thus the blend. But the best thing for you would be to assumefps(24) before editing and going on like th...
