Process of putting an AMV together

Alright, so I get how to basic edit, how to add effects and cool stuff like that, how to encode, compress, uncompress, etc. All is good and well, but I want to ask something you don't find in guides (I think? lol). I want to ask a personal question regarding all of your guy's styles of making an AMV...

Uhm, nah. I was referring to the video. Didn't say anything about audio, but that probobly is too.

Anyway, I'm going to be using the raw for other things as well, just wanna know how I can encode all on 1 frame-rate properly. Any ideas?

.MKV Encoding Problems

Hey all. I have a few problems encoding this .mkv file. First off, it's a RAW of Eureka Seven (around 330 MB) that I'm going to use for my new AMV. It's encoded into .mkv format with AAC audio. When I load it up in VirtualDubMod, I get a warning that tells me that the video might be "Variable BitRat...
