Just tried to submit a second entry but it's saying "You have already submitted the application.". Can I not submit another until the first has been approved?

Update: After closing the tab of the already submitted application I opened a new one and filled everything out again and it worked

I'm not seeing a space on the form for listing our video's title? At least one of mine has punctuation that can't be used in a file name so I would need an actual place on the form to type it out. Submitted something to sentimental and noticed I forgot to put my editor handle in the form :oops: Can you please make sure that that's updated and that my legal name won't be displayed during the contest if my video is screened? The "help desk" linked in the confirmation email directs to DerpyCon ...
