It's not a zoom, it's almost like a blurring transition. I use sony vegas 13, i'm just going for the effect like I have clip a and clip B, Well I want clip A to almost have like a motion blur, and then clip b appears. But it has to be really quick like in the video.

Change the duration of the transition? So you make the time where there is overlap between the first and second clip as short as you want by dragging and then it should be fine I guess. so I drag B clip over A clip and place a transition between that dragged area and it makes it faster however not ...
