My bar lime came the other day. It exists bountifully. New spouts, too, so I won't have a repeat of last year's problem of pourer priorities.

Update on my end: With some effort (and expendature), I got my hands on some wholesale professional Bar Lime mix, so no one needs to worry about picking up any Tom Collins/Whiskey sour mix or anything. These things come in packs of 4L worth of powder. We'll just need a container on hand to mix them ...

Also of note: Unless you're getting Sweet and Sour, Tom Collins mix is the same as Whiskey Sour mix is the same as Margarita mix is the same as anything which substitutes for bar lime.
