The aspect ratio: I've been working on improving my aspec ratio script for AVS. Hopefully the ratio is much better than the Shana scenes in my previous vid "Unbreakable". Please, if you've seen Unbreakable let me know if the aspec ratio is better in this one.

This vid is something I made to pimp Shakugan No Shana. I love this series and it seems like 90% of the people I mention it to have never even heard of it.

I had to cut the song down a little, mainly at the end (The outro is really long) but it's not even noticeable.

Concept: My sister suggested this song would go well with the main male lead (Yuji). It does...in theory.

The problem I noticed very early on was that the lyrics in many places of the song are very abstract. Finding clips that fit them was a headache.

To make matters even worse Shana is a wide-screen series. This is a format which I am rapidly beginning to loath as it always gives me trouble. There are at least four clips where the edges of the characters become jagged for a few frames. I tried every filter and resizing method I know and still no luck. And just to add salt to the wound, the second season of the series is not yet available in the US and therefore I had to use fansubs. *Facepalm* The quality of the fansubs was really bad for some episodes. I did what I could but a few clips are still rather fuzzy.

Shana is one of the best series I've seen in a while. The action is fantastic and the main fighter is a girl! Not only that, but she is a great sword user and she DOESN'T have gigantic boobs!!!

I hope you guys enjoy this vid. And please review. Even if the review is short, it still makes me happy.

PS- Please don't post this vid on Youtube. I'm glad ppl like my stuff but I'm very tired of it being stolen.
