History :
About a half year ago I started Negi Seijin MEP,which failed due to my internet connection,and back there I didn't really knew much about all this MEP stuff.. But since now I'm a bit more experienced,I think I'll be able to manage this somehow..

Stuff about this MEP :
Probably many editors here on the .org know that I'm a hardcore Drama and Romance lover. So,the main theme for this MEP will be Drama/Romance. I don't want specify any certain Artist or Anime,so this is going to be choice-free type MEP.
You may choose any Anime or any Artist you want,though there are some exceptions,which will be listed in the rules down below :

Rules :

• No Final Fantasy (any of them),DBZ,Naruto or Bleach.
• Hentai and Gore are disallowed too (I wan't it to be .org'able)
• Action Drama and confusing stuff are not allowed.

I'll explain what an Action Drama is for those who don't know :
Ichigo needs to save Rukia,but he just gets beat up all the time,so he tries to get stronger and finally defeats bad guys and saves Rukia.

That,my dear fellows,is not the Drama I want. If you're good at it,make it REALLY dramatic,and we'll decide if it's good enough.

640*480 (letterboxed for 16:9 sources)
Lagarith ONLY.

Betas must be XviD .avi files. No .wmv please. Don't make them too large,something like 500kbps will do just fine.

Since I think few editors would like to have few tracks,then I'll make space for 16 tracks (2 tracks per editor allowed). 1:00 - 1:40 minutes(60 - 100 secs) time limit for each track.
