RapConnection '07

The contents

First of all, this MEP is all about rap as the title sais and we (me + shaft) want to make it big

You can all chose your own rap song, but we have to aprove it so please before we let you in tell us your song (where just looking for 1 typ of rap)

Please read the rules about info for the anime + track

We'll look for skillcheck in your uploaded amv's on the org, if we cant find any and we dont know you, please give us a link to your best work

When we have enough members joined, me or shaft will make the correct track order

Track lenght should be between 50 - 90 secs (first and last track can be longer)

Artist may only be used at max 3 times (i rather have 2 but if you realy want that song we could let it be in)

pro editor up to 3 tracks, decent 2 tracks and the ones who barely make the cut 1 track that has to be accepted

Thats like all i could think of for now....

Rules + Guidlines

The anime can be used at max 2 times (ova/movie = the same as episode)

Keep it original dont steal from others

Sum games are aloud if we think it fits between the anime

pls remove your own subs and other logo's We dont want any logo's or subtitles

If you have the same anime as someone else, then make sure your not using the same footage/plot/scenes

has to be orgable ofcourse...

only HQ eps or DVD quality will be accepted

please do not use the intro of the song! there will be only 1 track that may have it and its already desided which one! (if the song starts by directly "rappin" its ok unless it has beats in the beginning)

Video Codec: I prefer a Lagarith, but I can live with huffy's i gues...

Aspect Ratio: 640x480

Frame rate: 23.976fps

try to have it 4:3, if you have 16:9 letterbox it

I think one main reason people would be turned off by this is not the fact that it's rap (mostly). I mean, sure the concepts of some rap songs *could* relate to anime, but I haven't found many.

A) you have no videos, how are people supposed to know your skills as mep coordinator if they can't see your skills as a plain ol' amv editor?
B)what program do you use?
C) what would the potential specs be?

not to say it couldn't work, just wondering....>>

i asked ya all friendly, not to turn rap down on this thread, i own difference in taste could be big between ppl, but you dont have to turn them down, also about that skill thing, i just havent uploaded any vids on the org, I will add the latest amv i will be working on in june or whatever, if you want to see my vids go to youtub or livevideo (youtube =dbz0gohan0dbz livevideo =gohanDBZ) my uploaded vids arent so great but I'm waaayy better than that...
also Shaft2.0 is the main coordinator of this MEP

please for now just reply as in *interested or give some tips or whatever

oh yeah i forgot to say, if you cant find any good rap songs that fit anime, just ask shaft2.0 or me we could find one for you (btw, shafts org name is shenlongthetiger)
