It's a cable channel that was launched by Ziff-Davis publishing (publishers of a lot of junk computer magazines), about tech issues, views, and shit of that nature.

Speaking of computer magazines, there is only ONE computer magazine I've ever liked, and that was boot. Of course, I liked it, so a few issues after I start reading it, boom, they change it to Maximum PC magazine, get rid of the attitude and design that made boot fun to read and cool, and suck the whole thing up.

WTF and AARGH!
