I never started a project before but I think you would need to say something like this:

Moonlight Melody Project:

During the many years its been around
Sailor Moon has produced many music Cd's in various languages all over the world.
With well over 70 Cd's you kind find many types of songs from dramatic and romantic to action and comedy.
I though it would be a great ideal to do a tribute to many songs of Sailor Moon
and have each member pick a song from one of the Cd's and an anime to go with it.

We will accept up to 16 Editors in the project

Any skill level of editor is welcome

Each editor is allowed one song and can use the whole song or part.

You can use a vocal or instrumental song in your video.

Videos can have any theme like Action, Comedy, Sentimental, Drama, etc.
Just make sure the scenes go with the song you are using.

Any anime can be used, but the video must be able to be hosted locally
so no extreme violence or graphic sex is allowed.

The deadline for videos is September 1.

Videos should be of high of quality as possible and should not have subs or logos.
The resolution should be 640 x 480 and should be compressed in Xvid or Divx at high quality.
Videos link should be submitted in a pm and hosted somewhere like megaupload.

Ive seen you tried 2 or more times at starting a MEP and failed
If you give more details like that you will be able to create a great one.
