Go to 'upload video' on your member profile and it will give you the information you need to upload. If you're having trouble, look at one of the 4 or 5 "How do I upload my video" threads in this section. There's also a bold "sticky" thread titled "How to Upload a Video" you can look at that will tell you how to upload your video.

All you need to do is: Enter new video. follow the steps in that.
Then: Upload video. Follow those steps, and finally:
Read this link and follow the steps described in it. It's not that hard you know.
And no, you don't need your own site.
