Problems with downloading
Hello. I'm having a minor problem downloading local files off the site. Everytime I try to download a file, I get the following error:
ERROR: You are attempting to download this video too soon after your last download attempt.
So I wait an hour and try again... And get the same error. Is this just me, or is this a site problem?

You have to wait at least 60 seconds between download attempts. When you click a local link, it should take you to a new page, and a box should pop up to save the file on your computer. On the new page there will also be a link to click on to download the file in case the box did not pop up. However you cannot click on this link unless you first wait 60 seconds.

I know you said you already tried this, but humor me? ^_^
Log out of your account,
right-click the IE icon
go to 'properties'
click 'delete cookies'
click 'delete files'
click 'settings'
click 'view files'
select and delete any files that weren't automatically deleted
click 'clear history'
and then open your IE back up and try logging in and downloading.
If that doesn't work, have you tried reseting your computer? Usually it's a bug in the cookies (a single repetitive cookie that doesn't like to automatically delete - hence the manual 'settings-view files' step). But it could just be download manager. If that doesn't work, you might try downloading and installing Opera instead of Internet Explorer - http://www.opera.com
