The Damned Uploading!!! Why Must You Do This??!!! GOD HELP!!

Ok, I've uploaded a video to this site a few months ago and had no problems. I'm trying to upload my 2nd video to this site, and I'm having some trouble uploading it. Here's what's going wrong. I'm entering the information for my video. I entered the info/premiere date, the artist/song, and the anime. When it gets to step 4 it says that I either didn't fill in the date, the song/artist, or the anime. I've done all of these over and over several times. I even ready Moonslayers guide about entering/uploading videos and it didn't really help me. Is there something I'm missing here? I made sure I hit add and checked everything I needed. If it helps the song/artist is Wait And Bleed by Slipknot and the anime is Dragonball Z. Is there something wrong with those were that's why it's doing this to me? If anything else, here is a link to the video info. As you'll see it doesn't have the song/artist and anime listed like I've been trying to get it to do, if you look under my profile I think. PLZ, if you can help me, I will really appreciate it.

I want to get this video on here and get it over with as soon as I can.

The anime is not entered correctly.

Check that step again. If it has spoilers you need to check BOTH I and S boxes.

Well, I looked at it under my profile and the anime and artist/song aren't listed for the video and no my video has no spoliers really. I'll try again, but I doubt it's going to work.

You are pressing the "add" button when you select the anime and music right?

Just checking them or seletcing them in the menus isnt enough you need to click add to add them to your video.

I tried reentering it AbsoluteDestiny. I'm entering everything correctly and it's still doing it. I entered the premeire date/info, artist/song, and the anime. I checked everything and when I get to step 4 it's still saying the samething. What exactly am I doing wrong here? Or is it something wrong with the site that's doing this?
