Public star ratings and distribution of stars given

It would be nice to be able to see each video's star rating after the "hits" and "ops" numbers on a member's page. For the creators, it could also be useful to know the exact distribution of stars in addition to the average.

Working on it. I'm thinking of making it so that only donators can see that information. Or, better yet, have it so that new members can see it for their two week probation period and then it goes away unless they donate. Bandwidth ain't cheap...

Or maybe I'll just let everyone see them...
