DDR Project Distribution
Who is distrubiting the DDR Project now? The page at OtakuVideo has been down for a while. I'm looking to obtain it on DVD, but will settle for VHS, or CD

You might want to download it on Quu's "Waldo's mirror"

If you mean the first DDR Project, it's available pretty easily on VCD. I bet the AMV distro center has it.. I do, too.. but I don't have a CD burner right now. Otherwise I'd be clag to burn you a copy of it.
Also, as has been mentioned, the Waldo mirror has it for download in VCD format.
Now, if you mean the 2nd DDR Project, I know it was available on DVD for a while, but I am not sure if that's sold out or not. The Waldo Mirror, again, has it for download in DivX format. Also, from that DivX file, I have made a VCD format MPEG file which can be burned to a VCD... but again, I don't have a CD burner
 heh

Well
I tried going to archive by putting archive.otakuvideo.com in my URL bar, and couldn't get the site. Anything special I have to do?

you should use a ftp client like leech ftp...
a browser is less easy to use for ftp...
but if you still want to use your browse, type:
ftp://waldo:archive@archive.otakuvideo.com:2000

FTP
It starts connecting and has the little flashlight and folder animation, then gives me an error. Where can I get this FTP Leech program?
