Okay guys its crunch time. Remember to get your vids in the mail tomorrow if you intend on making it in. That or get a old of me by any means possible be it aim, pm or email and make sure I can get you the login info for the ftp.

Hahahaa yes we all know how long your videos take to complete. Besides getting into school takes a bit of a priority.

But yeah definitely we should hang out together again when you end up dealing with the vast nowhere of Wisconsin. Just need to make sure we are not wandering in the same direction around the capitol.

It's only 6 days until the finals. Do we know who the finalist for the contest are?

Well...... everyone who did not get dqed for quality issues or file problems did make it in. If you were one of the people who did not make it in please contact me and mention which video you had and I can elaborate further on the problems.

Actually we had a weird phenonemon happen this year in that almost all of the videos submitted were rather short. 7 of the videos were under 2 minutes in duration and not many were much more than 3 minutes. The result is this many videos actually ran well under the 2 hours or so I was expecting.

So it meant good news for those submitting. Also we had quite a good turnout of local editors who will be attending the conventions so I look forward to speaking with anyone attending after the contest airing.

By the way the contest is slatted for 6-9pm on Friday evening. Seating though begins at 6pm so the contest itself will not start until approximately 6:30pm.

Voting is going to be half based on judges and half based on attendee ballot which they will receive when entering the contest.
