De-enable a certain member's ability to create new threads in the General Anime forum. It will save the mods/admins a lot of locking and deleting work.

Oh yeah, since the phpbb can be programmed to replace words in posts, why not program it so that posts containing certain URLs or combinations or words automatically get replaced by a warning post or no post at at all:

Great idea right up to the point where someone posts an announcement like "Here's a link to where you can download my newest video. Sorry about the audio quality, the only way to get the song is by downloading a mp3 from their site."

We already do that. Your former suggestion would bring up too many false positives, (not only) including the post you just made.

...with all due respect, isn't "instrumental" a genre of music and not a style of video? I would think a video using an instrumental song could be dramatic, romantic, etc.

...also don't get how "Sentimental" is different from a subset of drama or romance. Oh well, that's why I'm a pain in the ass and not a mod. ^_^;
