Woo-woo!! That'll be sweet. Like maple syrup for the ears. Only not as sugary.

Yes, I am still incoherent. ^_^

OMFG! My one connection to the Dell call center has forsaken me! Dude, I was gonna have you straighten out that outsourced call center in India you Dell folks seem so fond of. :|

Yeah, I couldn't take it anymore.

I've had to deal with those chaps myself, whenever they would warm-transer a customer to me (better than cold? not with these people), and I'm hard of hearing anyway (I'm a drummer), plus I don't deal well with accents.

Man, that was frustrating. Can't imagine what the customer must have felt like.

My last few weeks there they had a new form on the homepage; India Tech Feedback.

I filled out one of those almost every other call, to complain on behalf of a customer.

Apparently Michael Dell personally takes those forms and shreds them, laughing at the customer who bothered to log a complaint and the CSR who actually filled the form out.

We send complaints about those fuckers to our Dell Program Manager every week. I think he takes the same action as Mr. Dell. :|

Hiya!! :) Welcome back.

I wondered what happened to you. I knew you had some music thing going on back then and thought you must've been knee deep in groupies

Hehe, no, no groupies.

I did meet the girl of my dreams, though (yes, she loves anime! haha! Joy! Rapture!) and it kind of sparked a series of great improvements in my life.

Good to be back. What's new?
