making a Yu Yu Hakusho AMV like "Whisper of the Beast&q

Hi plp!
i'm getting old in a-m-v.org and exp too.
improving my tecnics with after effects course, and my knowlodge getted in my university of advertsing.

So after i buy a new pc, and listened a new german song that i liked too mutch, i decide to make one amv of yu yu hakusho anime, and i know that aren't good amvs from this anime.

based on the style of the song (that i'll not disclose at moment), i get the idea to make the amv like the style of amv "whisper of the beast", that i liked soo mutch too.

i'll try improve in effects over the scenes, and try to create a new view of the anime.

Basically i'll use scenes from dark tornament and sensui fights against yusuke.
The story i'll show at the begging of the song, genkai, yusuke, and the rest of the group dead, and the secondary toons crying, in a old style color scenes, maybe with some rain effect. because this part of the song has some drama.
After that some flash scenes of the genkai death by the hands of toguro.
Them i'll show some fights and training of genkai and yusuke...
The rest of the amv continue showing the dark tornaments fights.
In the end, the amv will show yusuke lying on the grass in a lighter place, and closed eyes, only rest and dreaming alone with your opened arms...
this is the part that the song ends "happy & peacefully".

i expect make my sync feats well over the video, and catch good scenes that combine with the ritmum and style of the song.
at the moment, i'm viewing again the chapters that i pretend to use and imagine the possibilitys.
I hope 1-2months for some betas.
I expect everybody enjoy.

random german song with effects and alternate story line doesn´t make a video like Whisper of the Beast.

I don´t know if the editors wanted it, but "5. März" really fits the content with the lyrics in my eyes and interpretation.

trying to make something "like wotb" could potentially work, but the originality score would be low, since youre deliberately trying to copy an already made vid

the nice thing when you try to get some opinions of some thing new is:
you always get some comments like, "it willl not work!", like when some one who i don't know the name, implement on the cinema movies, sound and music, everybody says that plp will don't like, plp like mute movies...

Of corse, i got some comments like, you will got low scores, becauses it's a copy.
Them i say:
It's not a copy.
The anime is diferent, the song is other, the concept maybe similar, but the sensations and emotions that you express by the amv is other, and when you pass this feelings for your audience. well, you gotted, and no one will comment as a copy or a bad vid one.

It's cool trying new things, but i think people are just wanting you to be aware of what kind of feed back you are going to more than likely get...

The same thing happened with all the "Euphoria clones".. while those people might have a different anime, different song, if the theme of the effects seems the same people will associate it with the more popular one, it just happens.

i'm happy with feed backs alerts of the plp, because i'll try somethings new, and somethings that are similar to other famouse amv.
of corse associations is always wellcome for any one, when is associated to something good.
copys, meaning must of times not a good comment, and it mean your creation maybe not good...
i think everybody can understand the weight diferece of this 2 words.
when i listen or i read something that says "this is inspirated or..." to any thing that i already liked, i always have i motion to seek for this "inspirated thing"(book, song, or whatever).
sometimes this "thing" attend or overcome my expectations, so this is what i'm expecting from my amv, make something that plp and me of corse like, and apreciate to see in conventions. it's very emotion listen the feelings of the audience on the convention, hearts getting fast in the begging...
