What would the RIAA say!

Now I know downloading music for free is illegal, but these are AMVs are at cons and stuff, so what do you think the RIAA would say about anime music videos?

Personally I hope nothing and just leave well enough alone!

Proper AMV makers use music from CDs and footage from DVDs (i do). So they have nothing on me, this is just like any other fan-art, and that is all allowed.

That's ture, but you are still getting the music for free, or at least that's what they would say.
