  So! This is my VERY first time EVER using The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya! I just recently got it for a completely other reason then editing it for a video- so this was completely spur of the moment. I was just listening to my IPOD and this song came up and the one line that determined it all was "Tonights the night the world begins again." (Really surprised it hasnt been done alot...)
  
  I tried keeping it clean and simple... Once I started doing the basic effects I figured they were going to be all, since I didnt want to overload it and take away from the story (Yes, every effect- no matter how odd it looks- was ALL intentional)
  
  So this actually has a bit of a story:
  
  Kyon is in love with Haruhi (obvious, no?). So when she asks what he wants, he tries to explain that he wants "Better Days". Him meaning he wants days where she's just happy; not mean, pushy and aggressive. Haruhi doesn't see it like that. Instead she thinks he means the world itself. So, she tries to change the world for him. This goes on throughout the song; like when she is singing for him- he is impatient because she doesn't understand that all he wants is her.
  
  Finally when she has gone and created a whole new world for him, she doesnt understand when he says he wants to go back. She gets upset until he breaks it down for her and kisses her... Everything goes back, and they start over happy.
  
  
  OH, and heres the info on the Opening thats in there...
