  This is one of those rare videos where I get an idea about something amazing but can't still make it when it come into my mind. Well, I was going to school when this song started to play in my MP3 player. First I was like "Wow, this song has some potential" and "lol, this needs Eva and those freakin' moving heads all over the video". Well, this was February of 2007.
  
  What is this crap?!
  Technically it is comedy, isn't it? But I can't disclaim that this has also romantic side. So, when I started to plan this video in summer of 2007, I had nothing which I should follow. Song is interesting, and it doesn't take itself serious. So should I have to?
  
  When I eventually started to edit it with my brand new Sony Vegas on March, it was pain. Neon Genesis Evangelion as a material isn't the rightest choise for this song. I had to make many, many compromises before the lyrics even distantly fit to the video. This hide-and-seek with material took couple of weeks but it looked like there is no plot. This is love song, it has to have some kind of pairing. I looked clips I had chosen to edit with. There was a lot of Rei clips. And because Rei is only whose head splits, I had no choice. I just had to do it with this pairing.
  
  Technically?
  I said that planning this video was pain in my ass. Well, I don't know how to descripe editing itself. As my original concept (O.C.) was to make something like Shounen Bushidou and many others, I had to learn to mask. I had some problems with .psd files so I made just cruel png masks. After I had learnt how to mask, how to move mask (those hands...) and how to bring alpha channel I had other nasty thing, lip sync. I edited almost every day during one and half months, 2/3 of that time was lip sync -editing. At least a word "Rakastan" looped many times so I just always used same positions to mouth for that.
  
  There are also much more fun in video where I played with my Vegas. They are still so minor that I don't bother to list them. Those two sentences at the beginning of video have nothing to do with anything, they just looked pretty. And when there are that board with a cat, I think that I overdid with it. As a trivia, at 0:57 I used three different special effect, during one second.
  
  This song is freakin' awesome!
  Yeah, it is. Iso-Ahjo & Halla-Vei is humor duo from my home area. They do basically live performances and write humorous columns for local newspaper but they have also made some music.
  
  And if somebody who isn't Finnish is here, no. I won't translate this song. Never.
