  • Comments: I'm not one for remastering or remaking my AMVs. Not that the majority of them couldn't stand to be upgraded or anything (because most anything in the first half of them sucks butt like a two dollar whore with a vaccum and leeches), but because I don't really care about my old AMVs. My vid "There Are No Happy Endings," however was extremely well receieved even in the face of it's utter crappiness. And whereas most of my ideas and videos are completely spontaneous, I really truly cared about the concept of the original AMV and really felt that the potential story deserved to be done justice, and to presented in a much better manner than I had originally been capable of.

    This AMV is a REMAKE (not remaster) of that AMV ("There Are No Happy Endings"). The audio is CD ripped WAV, as opposed to a downloaded MP3, it was made with WMM2 as opposed to WMM1, and the DVD footage is soooo much cleaner! Aside from the technical aspects, the action synch is much better, quite a few scenes were exchanged for more fitting/more appropriate ones. The lyric synch to "making me think I was the only one" is the same ;). . .

    All in all this AMV is far superior to the first. I wanted this idea to be done in a good way so badly, and I feel that I've accomplished this time what the first video lacked. For those of you who liked the first, I would be eternally grateful if you'd watch this version too and perhaps give a little feedback. For those who saw the old one and hated it, I'd encourage you to try this one because it's seriously a lot better. For anyone who'd never even heard of the old one, this is a Nagi x Tot relationship profile/romance AMV.
