This is a parody of people who leave subtitles in their videos. It is also a parody of fansubbers: I noticed that many fansubs have WAY too many titles in them, esp. inuyasha ones. They have the song lyrics in both english and japanese, sometimes wit kanji!
The feel is supposed to be like surfing the internet in 1 second. Every clip has words of some kind on it. Once again, tis is an imperfect copy, but as I do not plan to remaster it now or ever, I will upload this. The only REAL problem is that the song continues after the video footage ends. You could listen to it, or stop when the footage stops.
