After having successfuly released three AMVs, this is my first attempt at making an instrumental video.
The atmosphere I've created by mixing eerie music and selected Full Metal Alchemist excerpts is mysterious, almost mystical. Several themes from the series are introduced : war, forbidden experiments, all done because of despair and thirst for power.
But first of all, this surprising video is an introduction to a bigger, action-based AMV that will be realized in the following months. I just wanted to make a first try with all the footage I've collected and see how the new FX's I've imagined look like in full screen.
The whole has been done with VirtualDub, Vegas 3.0 & Corel Photo-Paint, and something like 7 hours of editing (without the ripping / excerpt fetching time).
