• Comments: Idea: I was over at Jessica's house one night & we were downloading random songs we had heard on the TV & one of them was Deliver Me from one of those Pure Moods commercials. We were trying to think of an anime that would fit with it when Kamui poped into our heads. I was originally going to use the song for an X the Movie AMV but around May '01 I got word that an OVA & TV series was going to be coming out in August. I was so excited and could only wait in anticipation until it finally came out.
  
  Project: I bought the X OVA DVD in November and watched it a couple times. I loved the fact that Kakyo, who just happened to be my fav X character, was the narrator. So I tried to focus most of the video on him but sadly there was only so much footage I could use so about half way through I tied in appearances from most of the other X characters. I WILL be making another Kakyo video in the near future ^^ I spent about a week working on this in 5 hours shifts. I tried to keep a running theme/effect with the heartbeat sound represented by a negative effect in some scenes which turned out nicely in my opinion. I absolutely adore how the ending of this video wrapped up! It was simply perfect & did what the song was singing about! ^^ Poor Kakyo....*sigh*
  
  Extra Info: Video Completed 12-31-01 - I showed this to the ST Anime Club & since we had just finished watching the OVA the previous week everyone LOVED it & was voted to be 1 of the 3 videos I would send to FanimeCon 2002. I sent it in but sadly it didn't make the cut for semi-finals. This was my first video where I inserted some of my own fanart ^^ Woo! I love drawing! & yes I did replace Hokuto with an anime version of me =P You don't like it? Tough! ^^ It was also included on The AWA 8 Compilation CD Set.
