  • Comments: Warning!! If you haven't seen all the uncut episodes that make up the Naru-chan+Nephrite story arc this vid contains MAJOR SPOILERS!!!

THE SONG: Just about everyone has heard this song. It's a love song, which is basically about a guy singing to a girl who was the reason he changed who he was. And he had since become a better person. I realize there's already 30 vids to this song. If that bothers you, I don't want to hear it. I have been dying to do a vid to this couple for a very long time and this is the only song that fits.

THE STORY: This vid tells the story of Naru and Nephrite from Sailor Moon. Believe it or not a vid now exists using Sailor Moon footage that is not about one of the scouts. LOL. Anyhoo, if you think this is going to be yet another fluffy, happy vid to this song you're in for a shock. This is a tragic couple. But it's less depressing and more...bittersweet.

EFFECTS: A good amount in here. I tried not to over do it cause it's not a fast song. Some new ones from me are in here. I've finally perfected my Inu Yasha "pulse" effect. I also made some custom color bar filters for this vid.

LIP SYNCH: None. Absolutely none. In fact I worked hard to make sure none of the mouth movements were synched.

THE VID: I knew this would be difficult from the beginning. There are only six episodes that contain this couple. I am amazed I pulled it off. You know you're in trouble when you have 30 seconds more to fill, look at your footage folder and go "Oh S**t.". I managed to do this vid without any repeat footage. It took me about 2 months to make.

THE FOOTAGE: Believe it or not this footage is from the US release of the season 1 boxed set. And the quality of the DVDs is...well...let's just say I've gotten better rips from Hong Kong DVDs. Yeah...it's that bad. I am amazed ADV put out something of such poor quality. The sound is bad too. Very quiet and hollow sounding. Anyway, I think I managed to make it look pretty nice, considering what I had to work with.

I really hope you guys enjoy this vid. And please review. Even if you just say "good job", it still makes me happy. And I always reply when someone reviews my vids (Even if it takes a while sometimes). Sometimes you might even get a review in return. :)

    Ja ne,
